How to get here
The easiest way to get to Surnadal is by car.
Follow road 65 from Trondheim going south-west through Orkdal and Rindal.If you travel from Oslo follow the E6 to Oppdal and from there road 70 to Sunndalsøra. Then follow road 670 to Surnadal. If you travel from Molde or Kristiansund you can drive through Krifast and continue on road 70 through Tingvoll.
Another option is to drive road 65 through Halsa.
